Abruzzo Doc Pecorino
“Parè”, an abbreviation of “parente”, is a diminutive used in our speech to greet a friend.
This wine is produced from Pecorino grapes, an indigenous Abruzzo vine, grown organically on Colle Cervinara, in Faraone, a hamlet of Sant’Egidio alla vibrata (TE).
The vineyards are at 400 meters above sea level, on mainly clayey soils.
…is a wine that best expresses the characteristics of pecorino: fresh, intense, pleasantly balanced. A white to be discovered, rigorously vinified and left to mature only in steel tanks.
The winery is located in Sant’Egidio alla vibrata (TE) in Abruzzo and we have been producing wine since 2008.
Our particular fabric label comes from a working history, as our parents in the 90s dealt with textile accessories for clothing.

What we do
Biological agriculture
We grow our grapes without the use of synthetic chemical agents in the vineyards while in the wine cellar the vinification must take place with the limited use of sulphites and certified organic oenological products.
Hand picked
We harvest our grapes manually to preserve the integrity of the berry
Fermentation in steel at controlled temperatures
A correct control of the temperatures allows a slow transformation of the sugars, with an optimal development of the aromas.
Aging "sur lies"
It consists in keeping the dead yeasts, protagonists of alcoholic fermentation, in contact with the wine for a more or less prolonged time.
Bottling on the farm
it is the final phase of the wine cellar processes and from here begins, or rather continues, the evolutionary process that ends with the opening of the bottle.
